The Global Technology Vendor Management Associate Technical Project Manager will support the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives focused on software product consolidation by coordinating project activities, organizing requirements, and ensuring teams stay aligned on execution timelines while tracking dependencies and risks. You will collaborate with product lines and supporting functions, contributing to the successful execution of a high-impact program for the firm As a Technical Project Manager III with JPMorgan Chase Corporate - Global Technology Vendor Management Office, you will help support complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. In this role applying your broad knowledge of project management is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines
  • Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn program management tools, frameworks, and processes

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management concepts (milestones, risks, dependencies, action logs, etc.)
  • Experience working in Jira, Confluence, or similar project management workflow tools
  • Comfort supporting multiple stakeholders across functions or teams
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, concise summaries and impactful visualizations

Responsibilities

  • Monitors project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
  • Identifies and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Coordinates regular program updates from product and delivery teams, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, well written for senior audiences, and aligned with reporting requirements
  • Maintains internal team collaboration tools, such as SharePoint and Teams to ensure program artifacts remain organized and accessible
