Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Exceptional data-based skills and demonstrated aptitude to learn basic SQL preferred.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, excellent team-oriented attitude, and a proactive and detail-oriented nature.
  • Familiarity with software such as Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus is desired.
  • Some experience with software development lifecycle, general project management methods

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in progress is a plus.
  • Exceptional data-based skills and demonstrated aptitude to learn basic SQL preferred.
  • Familiarity with software such as Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality support for operational service delivery and/or new feature development for a high-availability software system
  • Effectively triage and troubleshoot helpdesk case escalations and inquiries, with support from senior tech PMs.
  • Answer client inquiries about system behavior and capabilities accurately.
  • Personally make or oversee the completion of system configuration changes.
  • Managing the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for 2-3 clients under supervision of a senior tech PM.
  • Track UAT feedback.
  • Create detailed Jira tickets to capture issues, including steps to reproduce, environment, and other pertinent details.
  • Verify fixes once issues are fixed through configuration or code updates, prior to handoff to QA for final verification.
  • Draft detailed deployment plans (under the supervision of a senior tech PM).
  • Provide deployment support as verifier.
  • Manage operational schedules under the supervision of a senior tech PM
  • Be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, with an inherent ability to work well under tight timelines and have proven problem-solving capabilities.
