Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience recruiting for technical roles, including engineers or AI-focused profiles
• Proven experience hiring in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
• Strong sourcing capabilities with confidence engaging and nurturing passive candidates
• Ability to understand technical roles deeply enough to screen effectively and guide hiring decisions
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building process from the ground up when needed
• Strong sense of ownership, judgment, and partnership in supporting hiring managers and leadership

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical and AI roles, ensuring a high-quality and consistent candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and structured interview plans
• Source, engage, and assess high-caliber technical candidates across multiple channels, including passive talent
• Manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline with clear communication to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Continuously evolve recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to support scaling hiring needs
• Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring values and expectations are clearly represented throughout the hiring process
