As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Technical leaders to hire world-class talent across the Americas. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, bring deep market insight, and help shape scalable hiring practices as the business evolves. What you’ll do at UiPath Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Technical leaders to support workforce planning, define role requirements, and deliver hiring strategies aligned to product and platform priorities. Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across the Americas, including Software Engineers, Platform Engineers, Product Engineers, Data, and other technical disciplines. Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse technical talent using proactive search, referrals, and data-driven insights. Deeply understand technical skill sets, architectures, and role expectations to effectively assess candidate capability and role alignment. Lead candidate pre-screening and interviews, ensuring a high technical bar while delivering a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience. Coordinate end-to-end interview processes in close partnership with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders across regions. Partner with HR Operations and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through start date, including readiness and compliance. Ensure adherence to UiPath policies, hiring procedures, confidentiality standards, and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior technical stakeholders and influence hiring decisions using data, market intelligence, and sound judgment.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering roles, technical stacks, and hiring challenges in fast-growing environments.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, consultative approach.
