About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of technical and leadership roles across the organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver a strong candidate experience, and ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technical recruiting, creative sourcing, and relationship-driven hiring.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting focused on technical recruitment.
  • Background in agency or in-house recruitment.
  • Proven success in sourcing qualified applicants from online sources such as LinkedIn.
  • Advanced knowledge in the areas of sourcing passive and active candidates, interviewing. skills, relationship management, and web-based recruiting tools (linkedin.com, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor’s degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

  • You will leverage your sourcing skills to find active/passive technical talent such as Senior Scientists, Expert Consultants, Laboratory Operations Managers, leadership roles, and other positions as needed.
  • You will manage the full interviewing and selection process with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Be a thought partner to stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company.
  • Act as an advocate for both stakeholders and candidates; establish regular touch points and maintain thorough follow through.
  • You will partner with Hiring Managers to develop effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • You will collaborate with other team members on projects, innovative sourcing strategies and creative cost-effective solutions.
  • You will manage the program database and maintain qualified applicant pools across a variety of disciplines for both current and future searches.
  • Make timely updates in the applicant tracking system.
  • Work on other Talent Acquisition & HR initiatives, as needed.
