About The Position

We are on a mission to reinvent Talent Acquisition and are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic Product & Data hiring team. In this role, you will support full‑cycle recruitment for Product and Technology functions across the Warner Bros. Discovery portfolio. As a Tech and Product Recruiter, you’ll hold one of the most exciting talent roles in the industry. You will develop and execute effective search strategies, manage advanced stakeholder relationships, and leverage market insights to influence hiring decisions. You’ll operate as a trusted talent advisor — guiding hiring managers, shaping candidate experience, and elevating search strategy from end to end. We work on a hybrid work schedule and require this person to be based in either the LA metro area or NYC metro area to be able to come to our offices in either Burbank, Culver City, Hudson Yards, or Park Ave.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full‑cycle technical and product recruiting experience
  • Strong process ownership and a solutions‑oriented approach to challenges
  • Proven success building and managing relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to work in a matrixed ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to plan, build, and execute innovative recruiting strategies for technical roles across WBD’s Product & Data teams — including Product Managers, Program Managers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including role kickoff, sourcing strategy, technical evaluation, interview loop management, debrief facilitation, and offer negotiation.
  • Proactively source and engage talent using advanced tools such as Workday, Phenom, Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Maintain data accuracy, workflow consistency, and process integrity across all recruitment activities.
  • Use market intelligence and competitive insights to inform and influence search direction, stakeholder decisions, and overall hiring strategy.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners at all levels of the organization.
