About The Position
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various Propulsion Engineering roles. This can be a hybrid role and can be a long term position. What You'll Do... Sources qualified candidates through various networking channels through-out social media Works as a reliable partner for Hiring Managers, proactively reaches out to provide weekly updates and feedback Builds a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles Manages candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture You have... 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in a dynamic/fast paced in-house recruitment role recruiting for growing organizations Must have at least 3+ years of experience in recruitment for Propulsion Engineering roles within the aviation and aerospace industry. A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent Source and engage passive candidates through alternative search tech Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent Build a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles within our Propulsion division Proactive approach and thinking outside the box Ability to work independently Recruitment agency experience preferred, but not required The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. Requirements
