About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across technical, operations, engineering, and manufacturing roles in a highly regulated, high-trust environment. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role partners closely with department leaders to understand workforce needs, translate complex technical requirements into strong hiring strategies, and deliver top talent while protecting GLE’s culture, compliance standards, and security obligations. 🌟 Why Join GLE? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments.
  • Proven experience partnering with hiring managers across organizational levels.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DOE/NRC Q-Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Active DOE Q-Clearance.
  • Recruiting experience in regulated industries such as nuclear, energy, aerospace, or defense.
  • Familiarity with DOE, NRC, or clearance-related hiring requirements.
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms (BambooHR preferred).
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, and manufacturing roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and timelines.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
  • Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews focused on skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interview panels and guide leaders through consistent, compliant hiring practices.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Support hiring tied to DOE Q-clearance and nuclear site access requirements.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records within the ATS.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Represent GLE professionally in the talent market and at recruiting events.
  • Support onboarding handoffs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
