About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our product and engineering organizations. This is a unique opportunity to be one of our first technical recruiters, own full-cycle recruiting, build processes, and work with our leaders to help grow their teams while serving as the advisor to candidates and internal partners. Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in high growth environments
  • Successful track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
  • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high quality and top-notch candidate experience
  • Effectively interview candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies, and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality talent at scale
  • Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse
  • Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
  • Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Charlie Health’s recruiting efforts
