The Role Recruiting is a strategic driver of Peregrine’s next phase of growth. We’re hiring a Technical Recruiting Manager to own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design during a period of rapid expansion. We are growing 2.5x year-over-year and are on track to double the organization this year. As we expand internationally and into new industries beyond public safety, we are investing in the talent infrastructure required to scale with discipline and quality. You will serve as the primary talent partner to our CTO/Founder, along with our VP Engineering and Product leadership, meeting regularly to shape the hiring strategy, workforce planning, and organizational scaling decisions. This is a player-coach role: you will personally own high-impact senior and executive searches while building scalable systems that support doubling the organization. This role is based in San Francisco and requires in-office collaboration four days per week.
