Role Summary Consilio’s Technical Sales Leads will be responsible for managing a team of high-performing technical sales team members and drive collective revenue performance. This is a team quota–carrying role, with full accountability for achieving 100%+ attainment through both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts for Consilio’s Aurora platform, our newest breakthrough in eDiscovery and analytics technology. This leader will coach, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Aurora Technical Sales Representatives, ensuring they excel in positioning Aurora’s advanced capabilities, leading technical discussions, and tailoring solutions to client needs. This leader will play a central role in executing the Aurora go‑to‑market strategy, shaping how the platform is introduced, adopted, and expanded across top-tier law firms and global corporate clients. Leveraging Consilio’s industry leadership - built on innovation, proven delivery, global scale, and multi‑platform capabilities - the Technical Sales Lead will guide their team in presenting complex solutions clearly, credibly, and consultatively. Candidates must bring prior experience in legal advisory, legal transformation, eDiscovery/legal technology, or compliance, along with demonstrated success leading sales teams.
