About The Position

The Technical Service Representative will interact with customers in a
professional and courteous manner while receiving and discharging trucks to and
from the Service Center.  The role will operate all makes and models of Vac-Con
trucks to diagnose and repair deficiencies and will accurately prepare both
written and electronic documentation pertaining to customer satisfaction.
Communicates service orders in a timely manner. Will be able to work both on his
own with limited supervision as well as in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 Years
• Ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical, hydraulic, water, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify deficiencies in operation of all models of Vac Con trucks.
• Identifies materials, parts and supplies needed to complete a repair in a safe and efficient manner.
• You must be able to drive and operate Vac Con trucks of all models.
• Uses computer and computer programs to find information concerning the assemblies, schematics and truck information.
• Follows prints and schematics as well as technical manuals and written and spoken instructions.
