About The Position

The Technology Solutions Operations Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations for Solution initiatives, programs, or product lines. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
Must have a minimum of five(5) years of experience on a "public health system" as a Technology Solutions Operations lead in
Knowledge transfer and
Management of business rules and
Training and
Help desk.
Must have a minimum of two(2) years of Technology Solutions Operations Lead experience with "public health Government (State / Local / Federal - health care system)"
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience of leading geographically distributed teams.
Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing IT operations for a large IT system valued at $5,000,000 or more.
5+ years of experience in Technology Solutions Operations Lead or business management leadership experience
