We are in search of technical sourers for a 6-month fix term (may be extended for up to a year) with a background in technical sourcing/ recruiting across various domains. As a vital member of our team, you will be an expert in supporting various clients, driven to create diverse and high-performing teams, and dedicated to providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with our existing team of recruiters, contributing to process improvement initiatives and identifying innovative sourcing strategies. You will directly engage with executives and organizational leaders to spearhead critical hiring decisions that drive our business forward. Reporting to our Recruiting Ops leader, this role offers the flexibility of working remotely in the US

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • For Senior Sourcer: typically 8+ years, depending on scope, demonstrated impact, and final interview assessment
  • Proven ability to build and influence senior-level pipelines (Staff, Principal, Leadership) across product, engineering, or similar domains
  • Strong command of ATS and sourcing tools (especially Greenhouse and Gem), with examples of how you’ve leveled up sourcing efficiency or data quality
  • Experience working within a global, cross-functional recruiting team (or strong interest in doing so)
  • Sourcing background in tech, hardware, and/or software
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, context-switching across multiple priorities, and showing up as a collaborative team player
  • Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and resilience, with a professional, inclusive, and candidate-first mindset
  • Experience advising hiring teams on market trends, talent availability, and long-term sourcing strategies, not just filling immediate roles

  • Bonus if you’ve sourced business roles (G&A, GTM, ops) in addition to technical profiles

Responsibilities

  • Design and own sourcing strategies for your designated clients, actively tapping into channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, events, and beyond
  • Build and nurture diverse, high-intent talent pipelines (short- and long-term) using creative, data-informed sourcing tactics
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role must-haves, nice-to-haves, and where we can flex
  • Run thoughtful, personalized outreach and initial screens that make candidates feel seen, respected, and excited about Oura
  • Share real-time market intel (talent trends, availability, competitors, salary signals) to help shape hiring decisions and expectations
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to experiment, iterate, and scale what works across roles, regions, and functions
  • Act as a trusted advocate for candidates and hiring teams, keeping everyone looped in with clear communication and consistent follow-through
  • Use our recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, Gem, Talent Insights, AI tools, and more) to work smarter, surface great talent faster, and keep data clean and usable
