The Technical Specialist is responsible for the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and reworking of electromechanical and electrical assemblies, components, and exciters, utilizing their proficiency in interpreting work instructions, specifications, engineering drawings, and procedures. They serve as the first point of contact for assembly issues, provide feedback for process improvements, and assist with corrective action investigations, while also training and instructing less experienced operators. This role demands a hands-on approach, the ability to work independently, and maintaining various technical certifications to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
