We are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to support the continued development and sustainment of the U.S. Navy's Aegis Weapons System in Moorestown, NJ. The TSC provides day-to-day operational, administrative, and onboarding support to the ADS team. This role is responsible for maintaining office operations, coordinating onboarding and staffing logistics, supporting leadership processes, and ensuring organizational systems and documentation remain accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance, U.S. Citizenship is required
  • This position requires the successful applicant to obtain and maintain the required security clearance or other authorization(s) within the necessary timeframe required by applicable contract(s)
  • High School diploma and a Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Word
  • Knowledge of ClearCase/ClearQuest or a similar Source Code Management System
  • Working knowledge of JIRA or similar Status Accounting and Tracking Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and maintain good working relationships with peers and customers of all technical levels

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support for a large Engineering Department (120+ employees)
  • Manage account creations, access, renewals, and other various requests across systems
  • Maintain and update departmental resources, including organizational charts, PTO calendars, seating plans, Confluence pages, and tracking tools
  • Communicate and coordinate across departments and organizations to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  • Support onboarding processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and team activities
  • Monitor, track, and manage office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking
  • Provide backup support to other coordinators across Engineering Departments, as needed
