As a Technical Support Engineer - Intern at Veryable, you will be on the front line of all incoming support questions. You will leverage internal and external tools, as well as your technical knowledge, to debug problems, identify & reproduce bugs, and provide solutions to stakeholders. You will triage and escalate issues to other team members as necessary to ensure that we take care of every issue. Above all, you will work tirelessly to find ways to improve Veryable and minimize friction for all of our apps. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great communication and interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a passion for problem solving. This position is a full-time role based in Dallas, Texas. We believe strongly in hands-on collaboration, and for the growth stage of our business we rely on in-office, in-person dynamics to ensure we can move at a high pace with efficiency.
