CGI Federal is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support a large scale federal agency's Enterprise Output Architecture (EOA) including EngageOne, AFP resources, ProAFP conversion, and VTAM Printer Support (VPS). This position is located in Baltimore, MD

Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
Bachelor's degree +7 years of relevant IT experience
Experience with Z/OS (JCL, TSO, JES2/JES3).
Expertise in AFP print resources and document output workflows.
Hands-on experience with EngageOne, VPS, or ProAFP tools.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Enterprise print and document management experience.
Previous experience supporting Federal Agency EOA environments.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support programmatic and Medicare notice output processing.
Develop and modify AFP overlays, formdefs, pagedefs, and print control files.
Support EngageOne configuration, testing, validation, and control file maintenance.
Conduct AFP/PDF conversions using ProAFP and maintain related indexing and routing.
Manage VPS printer definitions, perform validations, and support DR exercises.
Provide documentation, meeting summaries, training materials, and issue resolution reports.
