The Technical Support Supervisor leads a team responsible for automating and maintaining systems that support client contracts, policies, customer booklets and certificates. For this specialized role you’ll monitor workload, system functionality, and workflow related to designing, coding, and testing updates to document creation tools. You’ll ensure timely completion of coding assignments, accurate testing, and compliance with product and regulatory requirements. What you’ll do: Manage and support a team of analysts Engage regularly with the team to manage daily workload, make assignments, provide direction and conduct proactive workload balancing. Helps to remove barriers to ensure the team meets deliverables and commitments. Drive ongoing staff development by delivering regular feedback, coaching, and support. Partners with the team and internal matrix stakeholders on escalated issues Support matrix partners and reporting needs across internal and external stakeholders, including IT, Compliance/State Filing, vendors, and leadership, to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Leverage reporting and analysis to identify root causes and prevent repeat issues at both local and global levels. Provide technical and business training while overseeing system automation and maintenance supporting client contracts, policies, and customer booklets/certificates. contribute to operational initiatives to improve efficiency and management. What you’ll need to do the job: High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred 2+ years of previous supervisory experience, preferred Experience managing a virtual team, preferred Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products; specifically, Excel, required Familiar with the Document Source Tool, preferred Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting quickly to changing demands, preferred Strong people assessment skills to objectively evaluate performance, identify development needs, and inform coaching and talent decisions, preferred Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels, supported by strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills, preferred Ability to travel occasionally, as business needs require. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 65,900 - 109,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
