About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead. As a Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Kennesaw, GA or Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
• This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
• At least 4 years of software testing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UFT and VB script.
• Willingness to work on UFT if the candidate has selenium, java only experience.
• Should be willing to work 3 days a week out of office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.
• Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into automation scripts.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify bugs and performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance the automation framework for scalability and reusability.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Document test results, log defects, and track them to closure using tools like JIRA or other test management tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to QA best practices.
