About The Position

This is a leadership function that interfaces with various departments to address training needs and assist with workforce development. This position involves administering safety & training policies, programs, and practices: specifically the planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and facilitating training. In general, duties include formalizing process for the Human Resources Department and designing a systematic approach for organizational effectiveness. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or safety-related degree
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Team Oriented and Self-motivated in all job responsibilities
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Effective time management

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and administer effective training programs
  • Prepare, recommend, and implement safety-related procedures
  • Complete corporate and site-specific technical training and safety reports
  • Coordinate safety-related challenges
  • Organize and maintain associate training records/files
  • All other duties as assigned
