This is a leadership function that interfaces with various departments to address training needs and assist with workforce development. This position involves administering safety & training policies, programs, and practices: specifically the planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and facilitating training. In general, duties include formalizing process for the Human Resources Department and designing a systematic approach for organizational effectiveness.
