Requirements
- Previous Technical Training Experience Required
- ASE Master Certification (A1-A8) Required
- Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
- Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong amount of emotional intelligence.
