YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE Each day as our Technician Apprentice, you start at 7 AM and jump into meaningful work-oil and filter changes, digital multipoint inspections, and assisting with brake pad and rotor replacements and basic mechanical repairs. You'll perform preventative fluid flushes and move seamlessly between learning and doing as you train side-by-side with our Shop Foreman, then reinforce your skills with online computer training to understand the "why" behind every repair. You'll also help keep the shop running smoothly by partnering with the Lube Technician-emptying trash, clearing oil caddies, and keeping the shop floor clean and hazard-free-so the whole team can move faster together. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Basic Automotive knowledge
- Possession of proper tools to perform brake, suspension, oil change, and light-duty engine repairs
- Ability to be coached and willingness to learn
- Punctuality
- Growth mindset
- Ability to work directly under the shop foreman
Responsibilities
