Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions without a calculator.
  • Ability to use a calculator for percentages, averages, and conversions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Ability to meet all physical and PPE requirements of the role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial or food processing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, prepare, and process raw materials following EHS, Quality, and GMP procedures.
  • Operate automated production equipment and CIP controls through the DeltaV DCS platform.
  • Perform milling and packaging of finished goods.
  • Complete accurate production, quality, EHS, and maintenance documentation.
  • Use SAP for operational tasks and production tracking.
  • Conduct basic equipment upkeep and support site maintenance activities.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, and performance.
