The Preventive Maintenance Coordinator role is based onsite in South Brunswick, NJ. Where You’ll Make a Difference As a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and execution readiness of the site’s Preventive Maintenance program. You will manage the creation, updating, scheduling, and reporting of PM activities within the maintenance system to ensure compliance, visibility, and continuous improvement. Your contributions will include: Creating preventive maintenance plans and tasks in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM). Adding new PM events, task lists, job steps, spare parts, and frequencies to the PM system. Ensuring PMs reflect current equipment needs, safety requirements, and engineering updates. Updating PM statuses, completion notes, and closing work orders as required. Monitoring PM completion performance and schedule adherence. Generating and distributing PM compliance reports to Operations, Maintenance, and site leadership. Supporting audits and data accuracy efforts for PM program compliance. Collaborating with Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance to incorporate improvements into PMs. Assisting with backlog organization, prioritization, and data cleanup within SAP PM. Maintaining standard work practices for PM creation, updates, and reporting cadence. What Makes You the Right Fit Associate degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent maintenance/operations experience. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or related operational environments. Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance workflows. Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) is a must. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data systematically. Good communication skills to interact with Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, and Engineering teams. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet reporting deadlines. Requirements
