The opportunity Maintenance is responsible for keeping the plant and machinery up and running with minimum down time to ensure production of quality yarn. Now offering WEEKLY Pay! 12-hour shifts . Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits, control voltage, and relay logic is . PLC Experience is a plus Responsible for keeping the machinery up and running with minimum down time to ensure producing quality yarn. Complete preventive maintenance task as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Lead. During shutdowns perform a variety of task including operating a pressure washer, lubricating of machinery, cleaning ductwork, lifting and moving equipment and tools, removing trash and dust from the filtration systems. Use compressed air for cleaning purposes. Pick up trash outside of facilities, paint as assigned, and any other Plant maintenance. For this position you must demonstrate exemplary attendance and leadership capabilities. Must be able to work well with a team and others. Must be able to read, comprehend , and have the ability to think independently to solve complex problems. Maintain a safe work environment and follow all Gildan’s policies and procedures.
