About The Position

The Technician OCONUS provides logisitical support for supplies and equipment. This is an overseas-only position.
Responsibilities
Responsible for inspecting, testing, inventory, disassembly and assembly to return to serviceable condition of all HAWK missile system major end items (MEIs), equipment components, and parts. This includes all DCU HAWK missile system components, hardware and test equipment delivered to the other Logistics locations. Primary location of work will be in Germany to deliver operational missile systems.
Provide technical support and risk mitigation, tooling support, forklift operations and any other support requirements to the program.
Prepares all organizational supply documents
Maintains automated supply system for accounting for supplies and equipment
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• In lieu of HAWK experience, each candidate must have a mechanical technician, electrical technician or generator repair background.
• Must be able to obtain a US passport

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of mechanical experience preferred
• Any combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO or higher.
