Under general supervision, performs general tasks for the basic upkeep and handling of research and laboratory systems. Serves as a technical team member by providing support to assigned department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education with four or more years’ experience in a laboratory setting.
- Associates degree with 0-2 years experience.
- Good communication skills and the ability to relay messages to management.
- Ability to take initiative to handle basic issues autonomously and working with team member for the core complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Documentation and handling of raw data as per regulatory guidelines.
- Daily upkeep of area in function with good observation skills.
- Execute assigned tasks using learned techniques.
- Uses experience and training to lead minor decision-making.
- Implementation and maintenance of the quality system.
