Each franchise is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the franchise and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each franchise. Requirements
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools
- Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services
- Coachable with a strong attention to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Start your day by prepping and cleaning your HomeSmiles service van, restocking tools and equipment
- Use your mobile tablet to check your route and scheduled appointments
- Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
- Have clients sign Terms & Conditions prior to work
- Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
- Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
