About The Position

This senior leadership role is responsible for defining, building, and executing a global technology partner strategy that drives business growth and expands ecosystem capabilities. You will lead the development of strategic alliances with technology vendors, platform providers, and infrastructure partners, ensuring close alignment with product strategy and go-to-market objectives. The role requires working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver integrations, co-selling motions, and joint value propositions. You will be the primary executive contact for partners, fostering long-term relationships, driving adoption of solutions, and influencing enterprise customers’ success. This position combines strategic vision, technical understanding, and operational execution in a fast-growing, innovative technology environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology, software, or cybersecurity companies building and scaling global partner ecosystems.
  • Technical background in enterprise software, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies, with a strong understanding of integrations and APIs.
  • Experience defining alliance frameworks, processes, and best practices for scalable partner programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security architectures, platforms, and integration models.
  • Strong relationship-building, executive communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • experience in OT, IoT, cybersecurity, industrial systems, or critical infrastructure markets, and familiarity with cloud platforms or security technologies (SIEM, SOAR, network security).

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global technology alliance strategy in alignment with product vision, platform roadmap, and business priorities.
  • Build, scale, and manage high-impact technology partner ecosystems, including integrations and joint solutions.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions and support technical integration initiatives.
  • Establish partner segmentation, success metrics, and value propositions to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Lead partner onboarding, develop Go-to-Market plans, and oversee governance to ensure joint commercial success.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enable joint solutions, co-selling strategies, and partner-driven demand generation.
  • Support executive briefings, customer engagements, and internal enablement on partner capabilities and joint value.
