Understands the impact of the change for stakeholders and sets goals, defines metrics and identifies data need to measure progress toward readiness and adoption goals. Designs action plans to take the organization from the current to the desired state. Ensures stakeholders are prepared with the tools and resources to adopt the change. Specific responsibilities include: Provide client stakeholders with direction and assistance in employing commercial technologies today, ensuring the client is ready and able to comply to the fullest extent with emerging defense acquisition modernization directives and executive mandates requiring rapid and repeatable transitions from pilot to production Provide support to scale and deploy innovation adoption tools such as the Innovation Adoption Kit, World-class Alignment Metrics (WAM), and use of Other Transaction Authorities (OTA) Provide support for quantitative outcomes capture, ensuring transition decisions are informed by data, mission effects, and user feedback Provide support in developing and scaling industry facing tools such as a vendor intake portal that will assist in matching end user needs to the most relevant technology Work with all CCA package sponsors and liaison with the client CISO and Legal Counsel to track, conduct a review, and prepare for CIO final approval all CCA compliance packages submitted to CIO

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Experience in client technology acquisition and innovation processes
  • Experience in industry technology management frameworks
  • Experience in architecture, frameworks and providing solutions
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
