About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Corporate Research and
Development organization at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ.  This
internship offers a unique opportunity to work within the Device Center of
Excellence, supporting the development of next‑generation semiconductor
technologies at the most advanced BCD technology node in the market.

The intern will contribute to cutting‑edge device development activities, with a
strong emphasis on integrating machine learning and AI techniques into the
device development and optimization workflow. This role provides broad exposure
to cross‑functional collaboration across multiple engineering and research
teams.
