The incumbent will conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies, and requirements gathering, as well as prepare cost-benefit analyses in support of informed decision-making. The position serves as a key liaison between business units and Enterprise Information & Technology, ensuring alignment and clarity from initial requirements through successful implementation.
