Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior in a 4-year university
• Technology Major
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to build and test software solutions
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Understand and assist in monitoring and improving cybersecurity protocols
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and reporting
• Work alongside the business analyst team as they capture requirements and serve as the liaison between the business and IT team
