You are organized, adaptable, and motivated to learn emerging technologies — including AI — and apply them in practical business settings

Venue Nation is seeking a Technology & Operations Solutions Specialist to support venue operators and national discipline groups (Security, Procurement, IT, etc.) by improving systems, workflows, and collaboration tools. This role will work cross-functionally with operations, analytics, food & beverage, ticketing, talent, HR, and accounting teams to support existing tools and assist in building scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and visibility across the organization. This position is hands-on and execution-focused, with growth potential into broader systems ownership over time.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technology support, operations systems, business systems, analytics support, or similar field.
• Demonstrated experience using Airtable (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Exposure to Tableau or other data visualization platforms.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow automation.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and expand technical capabilities over time.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in venue operations, hospitality, live events, or multi-location operations environments.
• Experience supporting internal stakeholders across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of Airtable-based workflows and project tracking systems (priority focus).
• Assist in building and maintaining SharePoint sites to centralize documentation and improve collaboration.
• Partner with the Analytics team to support Tableau dashboards and reporting needs.
• Help evaluate and implement practical AI tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Gather requirements from venue operators and discipline groups and translate them into structured system updates.
• Document workflows, create user guides, and support adoption of new tools.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and technical support for internally built systems.
• Monitor emerging technologies and share recommendations for operational improvements.
