About The Position

Acts as team coordinator for the Help Desk support unit, closely collaborating with the Technology Services Lead. The incumbent works independently in the Technology Support Services (TSS) group within Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS). This role is to assist in coordinating and overseeing Service Desk operations, equipment administration, and technical support within IITS to ensure effective support for faculty, staff, and students. Position Summary Technology Service Desk Coordinator (Technology Support Specialist II) This is a full-time, exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.
