AgTrust Farm Credit is searching for a Technology Support Specialist II to join our growing IT team. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to employees across the organization, ensuring they have the tools, access, and support needed to do their best work. From troubleshooting issues to setting up new systems to strengthening our infrastructure, you'll be at the heart of it all.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common business software
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay composed under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office/Outlook skills
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in clear, simple language

Responsibilities

  • Providing remote and onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Responding to, prioritizing, and resolving IT help tickets with speed and professionalism.
  • Supporting new hire onboarding devices, accounts, permissions, and more.
  • Maintaining user accounts and system access across multiple platforms.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and escalating technical issues as needed.
  • Setting up, configuring, and upgrading computers, applications, and AV equipment.
  • Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including Wi‑Fi, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assisting with backups, data recovery, and key security updates.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation and user‑friendly IT guides.
  • Partnering with IT leadership to improve systems, processes, and overall infrastructure.
