About The Position

Technology Team Lead The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. As part of the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) Technology Support Team (TST), you’ll lead technical planning, integration, operation, and sustainment of simulation, mission command, network, database, and cybersecurity capabilities supporting MCTP exercise cycles. You will manage WARSIM databases, Simulation Control Plans, Rules and Workarounds Books, tiered distributed site support, RMF implementation, and 24/7 technical/cyber operations to enable realistic, high-fidelity training. You’ll guide the work we do for the Army and the solutions we deliver for MCTP. Join us. The world can't wait.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Field Grade Officer or above
  • Experience serving in a key developmental position at the brigade or battalion level
  • Knowledge of all current Army and Joint regulation and publications
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Completion of Intermediate Level Education (MEL4)

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in military simulation support, federation or WARSIM operations, distributed exercise site management, cybersecurity or RMF, and technical leadership
  • Experience with Microsoft and Linux environments, Oracle DB, federation gateways, TCF or BSW platforms, enterprise security tools, and virtualization, including VMware
  • Experience with RMF or eMass, ACAS scanning, patch management, and vulnerability response
  • Ability to develop RMF or STIG-compliant design documentation and run 24/7 operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
