About The Position

The Technology Training Manager plays a mission-critical role in empowering Gables associates to confidently leverage our operational software and technology platforms. This technology learning leader will shape how our teams adopt, use, and maximize technology to drive business performance. Partnering closely with IT, HR, Marketing, and Operations, you’ll design engaging learning experiences, champion best-in-class technology change management, and ensure our associates are equipped to succeed in a rapidly evolving digital environment. This position may be based in Atlanta, Dallas, DC, Boca Raton, Houston, or Austin based on candidate preference

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in the multifamily industry.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi, Knock, and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading training of enterprise learning technologies for new and existing platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and support services teams to drive the enterprise learning technology roadmap. Ensure solutions meet business needs and create scalable, efficient learning experiences
  • Create and execute a long-term systems training strategy that aligns with the global training strategy.
  • Collaborate with IT to prioritize and support the enterprise learning technologies roadmap, processes, governance, and requests for new additions to the learning technology ecosystem
  • Refresh and update training materials as systems evolve.
  • Lead live and virtual technology training sessions to support a vibrant learning experience for employees.
  • Coordinate cross-department training schedules and readiness.
  • Build and support sustainable change management processes as new technology is implemented.
  • Manage day-to-day functionality and performance of the LMS, including developing and implementing standardized training processes and procedures
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, data, and LMS insights.
  • Champion continuous learning and stay current on industry trends.
