We are seeking a Telecom Order Management Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of telecommunications systems within the project. This role assists with equipment installation, routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting telecom-related issues, and ensuring smooth operational support for telecom services.

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field; or 4 years additional equivalent work experience.
  • Foundational understanding of telecommunications systems and networking principles.
  • Basic experience in telecom operations or IT support.
  • Must possess an active Secret-level security clearance or higher.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCENT.
  • Experience assisting with telecom provisioning, maintenance, or order management.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and activation of telecom equipment and services.
  • Support routine maintenance and monitoring of telecom systems.
  • Troubleshoot telecom issues and assist in resolving service disruptions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure efficient order processing and system updates.
  • Maintain documentation related to telecom configurations, service changes, and issue resolutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of telecom-related processes.
