We're looking for a UX/UI Designer/Developer with telecom experience to design and build seamless, user-centered solutions for call centers and customer-facing tools. In this hybrid role, you'll craft intuitive experiences that improve customer journeys and streamline agent workflows.

  • Design clean, intuitive interfaces for portals, IVRs, chatbots, and dashboards
  • Develop front-end solutions (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and leverage AWS/serverless technologies
  • Partner with IT, product, and service teams to turn business needs into user-friendly designs
  • Test, refine, and optimize experiences using feedback and performance data
  • 3+ years in UX/UI design & development
  • Experience with AWS services and serverless architecture
  • Strong telecom or call center solution experience
  • Proficiency in front-end development and prototyping (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent collaboration skills
  • AWS certifications
  • Agile background
  • AWS Connect expertise (flows, IVRs, integrations)
  • Chatbots/AI tools
