The Telecommunications Specialist is responsible for administrative and maintenance of LiveOnNY’s communication systems (voice, voice mail, call recording and data), related software patches, security updates, end-user training and complying with regulations to achieve business objectives. The Telecommunications Specialist is responsible for ensuring responsive, secure and scalable telecommunications systems, and ensuring that telecommunication delivery for adds, moves, station changes and related voice equipment, including keeping telecommunications records current, is accomplished. In this role, you will report directly to and work closely with the Vice President, Chief Administrative and Technology Officer, as well as work with the Chief Architect and Information Technology Engineers.
