Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy

Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
- Open, close, and maintain consumer accounts and services
- Assist members in-branch and by phone with account questions and transaction needs
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and digital services
- Balance cash drawer and complete daily teller balancing procedures
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, and credit union policies
- Deliver friendly, professional service that builds strong member relationships
