About The Position
In order to continually provide our members with the highest level of service, Affinity FCU is seeking a Part-Time Relationship Specialist to join our team of professionals at our branch location in New Haven, CT. Relationship Specialists are responsible for building member relationships by providing exceptional financial support and advice through a consultative and educational approach helping members exceed their financial goals and dreams. This position is responsible for opening new accounts, enrolling new members during initial consultation, processing applications, resolving complex member issues and following up with members to ensure satisfaction with present products and services and to inquire about the status of future member needs. Successful candidate must be technologically savvy especially as it relates to self-service options and keeps abreast of evolving consumer needs and trends. Additionally, candidate must adapt well to new or non-traditional environments and display a commitment to the community, to increasing member engagement and to Affinity’s corporate objectives. Banking experience is helpful, but not required. Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce is desired. Successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous sales/customer service experience is essential.
