About The Position

Successful candidates for the Teller Support Specialist position will have strong customer service and communication skills. Will enjoy working with the public and one on one with employees to provide unmatched customer service with the various teller responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Equivalent to a high school education and front-line banking experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products.
  • Comfortable in conducting one on one and small group presentations and trainings.
  • Must be accurate and detail oriented.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team atmosphere and independently while balancing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to deliver unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
  • Some work-day travel to other Cornerstone locations is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Will become proficient with the Teller program and assist supervisors with onboarding new employees with teller responsibilities.
  • Will provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Will assist with maintaining a well-organized, detailed teller procedure manual for consistency at all Cornerstone Bank locations.
  • Will assist the Training Department with developing and coordinating internal training and development programs.
  • Will assist with maintaining the Bank’s intranet.
