Cash Handling: Ensure accuracy and security when handling member funds. Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our members that contributes to our organizational success. Identify and Refer Needs: Listen actively during interactions and connect members with the right services. Achieve Referral Goals: Promote financial product solutions that benefit our members. Stay Informed: Learn about our offerings to better serve and educate members. Brand Ambassador: Represent our values in the branch and out in the community.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, cash handling, or related roles.
