Responsibilities
- Serve Members: Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with professionalism and care.
- Cash Handling: Ensure accuracy and security when handling member funds.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our members that contributes to our organizational success.
- Identify and Refer Needs: Listen actively during interactions and connect members with the right services.
- Achieve Referral Goals: Promote financial product solutions that benefit our members.
- Stay Informed: Learn about our offerings to better serve and educate members.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent our values in the branch and out in the community.
