About The Position

The Temp Client Relations Coordinator for Miami supports client relations and the client experience through supporting the High Jewelry Manager, Store Teams, and Market Director with the continued expansion of our high-potential clients and sales for the Miami region. The Temp Client Relations Coordinator must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed-upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with both the central team and the local teams in a transparent, united, and mutually supportive manner. Requirements

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Luxury Retail.
  • High-level proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility - Schedule to reflect business needs and present on peak business days up to and including evenings, weekends, and holidays as the business requires.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of events.
  • Assist the Miami Market Director and High Jewelry Manager with scheduling, expense reports, and special projects.
  • Support client gifting initiatives.
  • Contribute to major event recaps, as well as event calendars and timelines.
  • Work with Miami leaders to develop and execute effective outreach for High Jewelry clients.
  • Support new product launches, High Jewelry caravans, and ad hoc product events.
  • Together with Miami Leadership, identify areas of opportunity in High Jewelry knowledge and collections.
  • Work with Client Relations team and internal partners to develop collateral for in-store client activations, virtual experiences, and High Jewelry events.
  • Partner with the Miami team to ensure appropriate client treatment before, during, and after High Jewelry appointments.
  • Regularly partner with the Market Director and High Jewelry Manager on client treatment and experience recommendations.
  • Host and enhance appointments as needed.
