Requirements

• Prior front office experience in a dental setting is required
• Knowledge of Dentrix software

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and return voicemails
• Check patients in
• Occasionally check patients out
• Check insurance eligibility
• Import specialist reports and new patient records into PMS
