Were seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Production Worker to work alongside our clients at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA . In this role, you will work side by side with clients and a Job Coach in a warehouse production environment while assisting with daily tasks and maintaining a positive and supportive workplace. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

Someone who enjoys warehouse work and wants to make a positive impact
Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
Background working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus but not required
Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
A valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
